As i'm sure you know, COVID-19 is impacting nearly every aspect of life right now. What a crazy time to be alive!!! At this point and time pretty much everyone is being affected by this virus and quarantine.
Fortunately as an online-only business we have the flexibility to work from home and continue to provide great customer service. (Probably even better service, since I just want to talk to anyone at this point. LOL)
Here's what you need to know.
-Shipping is still operational within the US.
-The CDC has confirmed COVID-19 has low survivability on surfaces, and that shipping is still safe. Read more from the CDC here.
-Expect up to a 10 day delay. Your order will arrive safe and sound, it may just take a few more days than normal.
-At this time we can only ship domestic US.
-International Customers- We're super bummed to say we won't be able to ship to you at this time. Please keep in touch with our Unfolded Insiders Club emails and we will let you know as soon as we have the thumbs up to ship internationally again.
