Our policy lasts 120 days from the date of delivery on all purchases, unless otherwise specified. After 120 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it to be eligible for a return. We understand when purchasing a knife that you need to use it to know if it’s the right fit for you, but it must be properly taken care of and in resell-able condition. (Properly cleaned and oiled, not rusted, with original packaging, etc.). Any paid shipping charges are non-refundable.
All soft goods (aprons, knife rolls, t-shirts, etc.) must be brand new in unopened original packaging to be eligible for a return.
Additional non-returnable items: Gift Cards
We require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return. Send us an email to email@example.com with your order number, a picture of the item to be returned, and the reason for the return to help us expedite the return process. This helps us verify that the item is eligible for return before any shipping costs are incurred.
It is your responsibility to package and protect the knife from hurting anyone or being damaged in transit. We take this very seriously. Do NOT send your knives open in a box. Please wrap them in the roll and bubble wrap the entire roll so a knife doesn’t fall out. If you are sending a single knife, put it back in the sheath and bubble wrap the entire knife.
We will process a refund within 3-5 business days once we have received, inspected, and cleared your returned order. Please note that the processing time may vary depending on your credit card company and/or bank. International customers are responsible for any additional costs that may occur through duties, taxes, and any other fees that may arise due to international customs and shipping costs. You are purchasing our products knowing additional costs that may occur are solely the responsibility of you, the purchaser. Unless the item(s) are defective, eligible purchases made during our giveaways are non-refundable if returned after the end of the promotional period. After the promotional period has ended, you may return item(s) purchased, and if eligible for a return, you may have your choice of another item of equal value, or we will issue you a Gift Card for the equivalent value to be redeemed at your convenience. If we allowed refunds for purchases during our giveaways, customers could simply return their purchase for a refund because they didn't win. Since your purchase earned you entries to win (and we can't 'return' your entries once the giveaway has ended), and to continue to be able to support and offer our giveaways, we must enforce this policy.
Orders have a 24 hour window to be cancelled when placed as a preorder. Our knives are made to order and we cannot adjust your preorder after placed. If you have an extenuating circumstance, please reachout and we will handle it on a case by case basis. We are not trying to be assholes, we are just trying to protect ourselves from people who are assholes.
