We ship orders out from our Nashville, TN production facility on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, every week! All domestic orders are shipped through UPS Ground with a 2-5 day delivery. International orders may take 14 days or longer due to customs. Our goal is to get your package to you as quickly as possible. Times may vary during holidays.
Typical processing time is within 2-3 days unless otherwise specified on this specific product.
All PO Box deliveries are shipped through USPS. Typical delivery time varies but could be up to 14 days domestically.
Ordering personalized items will add 3-5 business days to the processing time of your order.
In the event that your order shows delivered but is not in your possession, it is important to contact the shipping company first. 99% of the time, shipments have been delivered to a neighbor, or have been accidentally marked delivered and will be delivered the next day. Once the package is proven lost, you may contact us for further investigation.
In the event that your order arrives damaged, please take detailed pictures of the packaging and product and email support@foldedsteel.com and we will take care of you.
International orders may be subject to tariffs and duties which are charged by your government. We do our best to outline these charges at the time of purchase. Any additional charges will be at the expense of the customer.
We believe that with any good investment, you should be protected from defects that are out of your control. If your product falls victim to any issues with the build quality, please contact us and we will make it right.
The warranty is not transferrable and you must show receipt that the product was purchased directly from us. The product must have had routine maintenance, not been placed in a dishwasher or neglected in any way. This warranty is to protect you from manufacturer issues, not neglect. Normal wear and tear are excluded from the warranty. Below are the terms for each product.
Knives: Life time warranty. Must have had routine maintenance such as cleaning, oiling and sharpening. Not neglected, rusted or placed in a wet environment.
Aprons/Rolls: Life time warranty. Must have had routine maintenance such as cleaning and waxing/oiling. Not neglected and placed in wet environments.
Accessories: All accessories such as knife blocks and cutting boards are covered under a 1 year warranty. To qualify for the warranty, the wood must be maintained with oil or wax and not placed in wet environments.

We produce our knives in unique small batches, should a warranty request come in after a certain series has been discontinued we reserve the right to replace the knife in question with a similar knife of a current set. That means if your set has been discontinued, you are not guaranteed to have a matching replacement.
The quality is beyond incredible. They take pride in their product and you can see the skills in the quality you receive. Wish i got this sooner. I can't believe how beautiful of a set these are and they cut so smoothly. Highly recommend their knives.
Great knives but unlike the 40-50 knives I own, these are high carbon and must never have a brush with moisture or they will instantly rust as fast as 10 minutes. Never have I had a knife I worry about getting a little wet while in the kitchen. Lay in on a damp towel... instant rust. Place it next to the sink while cleaning up.... rust. Very high maintenance and you must oil them after each use. Regret buying, I may just have them for show on the wall as that is as good as it gets. Also they don't come very sharp.

Absolutely beautiful steel
Awesome knives that complete my set… well, except I just noticed the bread knife. Definitely will need that one. The edges on these steak knives are razor sharp. Love the weight of these too, you can really tell you are holding something substantial in your hand.
It’s not often you find yourself opening something you bought online and you can just see and feel the quality and the care in the product as well as the packaging. The knife set is beautiful and done with excellent craftsmanship. Well done
