Daily Care and Maintenance:

• Cleaning: To ensure longevity and maintain hygiene, clean your knives immediately after use. Wash them in warm, soapy water and thoroughly dry with a clean towel to prevent any water spots or blemishes.
• Oiling: Regular oiling is recommended to keep the blade and handle in top condition. Use food-safe Mineral Oil for its non-spoiling and safe properties. Lightly apply the oil with a soft cloth or paper towel to protect and enhance the knife’s finish.

Storage Tips:

• Proper Storage: Avoid storing your knives in leather rolls for prolonged periods, as leather can absorb moisture. If you must use a roll, ensure the knife is generously oiled.
• Optimal Placement: Store your knives in a dry area away from moisture. Consider using a magnetic knife block or a designated knife holder that prevents blade contact with hard surfaces and provides adequate ventilation.

Quick Care Tips:

• Always hand wash and dry your knives; the dishwasher is too harsh for the high-quality materials.
• Wooden handles should not be soaked or left in wet areas. 
• Coat the blade lightly with mineral oil before storing, especially if not used daily.

We ship orders out from our Nashville, TN production facility on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, every week! All domestic orders are shipped through UPS Ground with a 2-5 day delivery. International orders may take 14 days or longer due to customs. Our goal is to get your package to you as quickly as possible. Times may vary during holidays.

All PO Box deliveries are shipped through USPS. Typical delivery time varies but could be up to 14 days domestically.
