Folded Steel Return Policy: No Fuss, All Trust

We’re stoked you chose Folded Steel, and we want you to be as thrilled with your gear as we are. But hey, life happens. If you’ve got second thoughts, here’s the lowdown on returns:

Knives: You’ve got an industry-leading 120 days from the date of delivery to send ‘em back. Just make sure they’re in primo condition—no rust, dishwasher tales, alterations, or battle scars, okay?

Return Shipping: On you, but trust us, it’s worth it.

Soft Goods & Consumables: Things like aprons, knife rolls, oils, and waxes need to be brand spankin’ new and in their original packaging.

Gift Cards & Personalized Goods: These are a final sale, no take-backs.

Refunds: Give us up to 5 business days after inspection to shoot that refund your way.So, if you’re not 100% stoked on your Folded Steel purchase, you’ve got options. Just keep it clean, keep it fair, and we’ll take care of the rest.

**VERY IMPORTANT**
Unless the item(s) are defective, eligible purchases made during our giveaways are non-refundable if returned after the end of the promotional period. After the promotional period has ended, you may return item(s) purchased, and if eligible for a return, you may have your choice of another item of equal value, or we will issue you a Gift Card for the equivalent value to be redeemed at your convenience. If we allowed refunds for purchases during our giveaways, customers could simply return their purchase for a refund because they didn't win. Since your purchase earned you entries to win (and we can't 'return' your entries once the giveaway has ended), and to continue to be able to support and offer our giveaways, we must enforce this policy.

Pre-Order Cancellations

Orders have a 24 hour window to be cancelled when placed as a preorder. Our knives are made to order and we cannot adjust your preorder after placed. If you have an extenuating circumstance, please reachout and we will handle it on a case by case basis.

International Customers

Folded Steel, Quarantine Creations LLC, is not responsible for any additional costs that may occur through duties, taxes, and any other fees that may arise due to international customs and shipping costs. You are purchasing our products knowing additional costs that may occur are solely the responsibility of you, the purchaser.
