Shipping Schedule:

We ship out from our warehouses in Nashville, TN and Spartanburg, SC daily M-F. Most orders will ship within 24 hours.

Domestic Orders:

Carrier: Shipped via UPS Ground.
Delivery Time: Depends on service selected in checkout.

International Orders:

Delivery Time: Typically 14 days or more, depending on customs.
Tariffs & Duties: These may apply based on your government’s policies after your order arrives.

PO Box Deliveries:

Carrier: Shipped through USPS.
Delivery Time: Varies, but could take up to 14 days.

Processing Time:

Standard Items: Ships within 24-48 hours
Personalized Items: Add an 3-5 business days to your order's processing time.

If Your Order is Missing:

Check with your shipping company first. It's often with a neighbor or marked as delivered by mistake.
If it's proven lost, shoot us an email and we’ll step in to help.

Damaged Orders:

Don’t panic, just snap some pics of the packaging and product.
