Nice knives
I bought the lotus 5 pc set. It came very nicely packed. Everything was great. One minor problem was one knife was slightly dull as it approached the tip. Not a big deal. I contacted customer service for the blade angle. Very quick response with an apology. Like I told them. Not a big deal, I can fix it myself. All other knives are very sharp. They are made with a high carbon steel blade. Most want stainless. High carbon steel takes a better edged, and quicker, in my experience.
