Hand wash only. Clean with warm soapy water and dry with a towel. Oiling is not required however keeping your blade oiled will help to maintain the longevity of the knife.

We ship orders out from our Nashville, TN production facility on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, every week! All domestic orders are shipped through UPS Ground with a 2-5 day delivery. International orders may take 14 days or longer due to customs. Our goal is to get your package to you as quick as possible. Times may vary during holidays.

The Hawthorn Collection is a beautiful stainless damascus san-mai made with stainless high-carbon AUS10 and 430 stainless steel with a AUS10 core. The modern sweeping handles are outfitted with rare Ziricote and G10 for a classy tuxedo look. If James Bond was a chef, this is the set he'd be rocking.

This collection is a full-tang design with references to our other collections including the elements you've grown to love from Folded Steel. Featuring an exposed tang at the end of the handle and the hand-ground pattern on the blade that we're known for, this set is sure to cause some jealousy.
