Are your products handmade?
Every one of our products are made by hand. We use machines to assist in things like cutting, sanding, sewing, sharpening etc. Every product is unique and will vary slightly due to the handmade nature.
Where are your products made?
We have products made locally and all over the world. All of our products are made in limited drops which allow us to uphold our high quality standards and guarantee. We also ensure healthy work environments for all of our manufacturing partners.
What does preorder mean?
All of our products are made in limited drops which means we do not mass produce anything. A pre-order means you are locking in your spot for the next drop. We will communicate to you any changes that may occur, but we always aim to ship before the expected date. Almost all of our preorders sell out during that drop, which means you will have to wait for the next drop if it is out of stock.
What is your warranty?
We offer a lifetime manufacturers warranty on all of our knives. If anything goes wrong in relation to the handle, pins or blade itself, and all proper maintenance has been performed, we will replace the knife completely free. This only covers the issues that occur from us making the knife. This does not cover sharpening, broken tips, rust or anything that may occur from improper care such as using a dishwasher or leaving the knife in water.
What if I dont like it and I want to return?
We offer an industry leading, 120 day return policy on all of our products. In order for the product to be returned, it must be in new condition and we must be able to resell the item. If you have questions, please contact us at Support@foldedsteel.com
