Care Instructions

Hand wash only. Clean with warm soapy water and dry with a towel. Oiling is not required however keeping your blade oiled will help to maintain the longevity of the knife.

Great Gift!

I actually bought the Lotus 8" chef knife as an anniversary present for my wife. She loves it, so much so that she hinted that a paring knife would be a good addition. It's on order as I type.
