I especially appreciate its beauty, combined with its relatively light weight (I have arthritic hands) and the fact that the wood is so strong that knife marks barely show. This cutting board is exceptionally well made, with a beautiful finish and elegant wood accents that really complement our Burch cabinets. It feels sturdy and durable, and the rubber feet on the underside do a great job keeping it in place while in use. The juice groove is a great addition—it makes cleanup so much easier. My husband loves cutting on it! A perfect blend of form and function.

This steel cutting board is absolutely stunning, especially paired with the beautiful maple wood stand I purchased separately. The stand is a great touch—perfect for displaying it when not in use or freeing up counter space by storing it neatly in a cabinet.

The board itself is a perfect size—not too big, not too small. It easily handled a fully grown red snapper and has plenty of room for prepping vegetables. The surface is very durable and doesn’t scratch easily, which is a huge plus. Best of all, it’s gentle on my Japanese knives, keeping them sharp longer.
