We reserve the right to discontinue a knife collection at any time. In the event that we receive a warranty request for a product that has been discontinued, we will replace the knife with a similar priced knife from another set.

Incredible set.

I've been buying knifes for a couple years, trying to find the right ones, we'll these are the right ones. I'm a professional chef of 25 years. The build quality of these bad boys are over the top, the weight and feel is perfect. Beautiful to look at and it's been years since I cut myself, but be careful the edge on these is awesome and yes I still bleed like a beginner. Buy you will not regret it.

Impressed

I have a set of Dalstrongs and they don't compare to these knives. They are sharp, and hold that edge not to mention they look beautiful sitting on the counter after a fresh coat of oil. Get a magnetic block and don't hide their beauty show them off. The leather pouch is also nicely crafted.
