We believe that with any good investment, you should be protected from defects that are out of your control. If your product falls victim to any issues with the build quality, please contact us and we will make it right!
To keep things simple:
- The warranty is not transferrable
- Routine maintenance must have been performed (Not neglected or placed in a dishwasher)
- Normal wear and tear is not covered.

We reserve the right to discontinue a knife collection at any time. In the event that we receive a warranty request for a product that has been discontinued, we will replace the knife with a similar priced knife from another set.
The set is amazing, I am glad I made the decision to give your products a try. Well crafted and the magnetic block is a must have to display my new Lotus set. I will be purchasing the bread knife next then the 8 piece steak knife set. I had some questions and concerns in the beginning but your customer service team promptly responded and provided the reassurance I need to make the purchase.
Very nice looking, well built knives. Looking forward to trying them this weekend.

This set is beautiful. There is so much attention to detail. You can really tell the love that goes into each knife.
This knife is absolutely stunning. We got it as a gift for my father in law and I even want one for myself (my wife got me the wolf’s bane set and I’m in love with that one). I’m not sure the previous review as this company has been great to respond to each of my inquiries! 10/10 will be a future customer! Love the quality and sharpness of these knives!
